Who can submit an application?
HE and ESA staff members who wish to set up awareness-raising and action-oriented activities on sustainable development and global citizenship issues for the student community on their campuses.
These members may involve a group of students in the project to support its implementation.
Duration?
The Mobilisation Project must take place over one academic year, between 1 September of year X and 31 August of year X+1.
Budget?
€4,500, including 10% management fees.

Proposal content
The proposal must take into account the following aspects:
- the focus of the activities proposed as part of the awareness-raising project is on the campuses of higher education institutions in the FWB;
- the project must be a one-off event;
- the project aims to mobilise and raise awareness among the student community about sustainable development and global citizenship and solidarity;
- an interdisciplinary approach is encouraged within the framework of the call for proposals.

Selection criteria
- Relevance:
- Relevance of the project in terms of mobilising and raising awareness among the student community about sustainable development and global citizenship and solidarity.
- Development of a critical perspective supported by relevant stakeholders (academics, NGOs, diaspora, etc.).
- Quality of the proposal:
- Relevance of the planned activities and educational approach.
- Originality of the project and activities to be implemented.
- Logic and consistency of the proposal.
- Implementation procedures:
- If relevant, integration of the various partners in the project (where applicable, involvement of students, interdisciplinary dimension, inter-institutional dimension, complementarities and synergies with partners, distribution of tasks, organisation of work).
- Suitability of the budget for the proposed project.

10 February 2025: Launch of the Student Mobilisation Projects call
10 February - 16 May 2025, at 12pm: Submission of applications via the GIRAF platform
30 June 2025: Information to applicants on selected and non-selected projects
1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026: Mobilisation Projects implementation
