Commission for International Relations
The Commission for International Relations (CRI) aims to strengthen the internationalization of higher education institutions (HEIs) by taking action in three main areas:
- Advocacy for HEIs with international relations stakeholders at the community, regional, federal, European, and international levels—particularly by informing HEIs of any political developments that may impact their internationalization activities;
- Attractiveness, promotion, and visibility of HEIs abroad, in close collaboration with Wallonie-Bruxelles Campus—through the organization of inter-institutional missions, coordination of HEI participation in official missions, and support for their presence at student fairs;
- Support and guidance for HEIs in their internationalization strategies, actions, and projects—by developing specific tools, organizing exchange opportunities and training sessions for institutional staff, and sharing information on collaboration and funding opportunities.
