Accessibility Statement
1. Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 Level AA standards, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.
2. Inaccessible content
The content listed below is not accessible or only partially accessible for the following reasons - Non-compliance with the Decree of 3 May 2019 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public bodies:
Representative screens covered by the audit:
- The main page and the two lower levels.
- The “2.1.1 Keyboard” and “2.4.7 Focus Visibility” checks are performed manually and only apply to the home page.
Recurring issues encountered:
- Link titles describing the function of the link for an anchor element are missing.
- Absence of empty alt attributes without title attributes on img elements for images that should be ignored by assistive technologies.
- Partial absence of h1-h6 tags to identify section headings.
- Description of field groups using missing fieldset and legend elements.
- Failure of success criteria 1.3.1 and 4.1.2 due to the fact that the association between the label and the user interface component cannot be determined programmatically.
- Insufficient contrast reports.
- Keyboard navigation not fully functional.
- No link at the top of each page to go directly to the main content area.
- No Title element to define page titles.
- No marked focus visibility.
- Language attribute not defined in HTML elements.
- No input button in forms.
- Duplicate ID type values.
- Errors related to the use of form elements and links.

This statement was prepared on 8 June 2023, using the following methods:

6. Improvement plan
The errors identified in the audit report conducted by ETNIC will be corrected in 2024 with the development of a new website.
